Guang #32 - Lamb Stew Gratin?

And so, yesterday's stew was still not finished because I made too much.

So after a long day of ICP and a talk on stem cells, I thought of making something nice from it.

So I got some cheddar and to top up filled cups of stew and then put it in the oven under the grill and then ...

VOILA!!

*Mel thought it was a creme brulee T_T*

Anyway, to go with cheese thing, I bought some extra stuff which was on sale in Tesco ...

Breaded scampi! :)

Yummy stuff ..

And so, the result?

Awesome dinner!

Guang #30 - A Sunday Well Spent?

I spent today trying to study. Not sure how much I got into my head, but I tried.

Oh, just so that I remember. The sermon in church today was awesome! David and Goliath :) Didn't know there was so much to the story.

Had this in Sungai Buloh with my dad's side of the family for reunion. Super odd and tasted bleh.

Guang #29 - True or False?

Princes Street in Edinburgh at about 9am. It's pretty empty and the shops haven't opened.

So what is Guang doing in the middle of nowhere so early in the morning?

Well, I went for a talk in church called True or False.

It's basically 3 experts trying to convince you, based on the evidence we have that the Bible is real.

I'm not going to share what I thought about the talk here, but it was worth spending almost a whole day there.

I met Clarence, Rashelle and Sarah!

Was quite disappointed that it was only a dissection of the cow's heart.

And I wouldn't be able to get a good picture anyway, because no pictures are supposed to be taken in here, unless with permission, of course.
