Guang #69 - Weather's getting worse ...

I'm sorry I complained about the weather yesterday, because today's weather was WAY worse. It wasn't extremely cold, but it was relentlessly windy and it hailed and snowed on and off throughout the day.

Yes, I know ... Snow in March!

I'm not feeling so well now.

I made dinner.

It's mustard roasted chicken with rosemary baked wedges with extra mature cheddar cheese and green jalapenos on some fresh baby spinach.

It took an hour to make and 20 minutes to down :) awesome stuff!

Guang #68 - Baby It's Cold Outside!

I'm sure I've used this as a title before, but man, it is cold out there!!

I spend about 4 hours outside the library promoting EMSA's Colours of Malaysia 2011 and trying to sell coupons. Took this picture during one of my 'warm up' sessions in the library next to the heater.

Notice the Sunway ice-skating gloves. They're purely aesthetic, no functional use at all ...

Need to get some good gloves.

Can't say I was definitely happy to see the result, but I kinda knew that Barcelona was going to win.

With all their injury problems, Arsenal never really stood a chance ..

But when I saw the match statistics, wow!

No shots by Arsenal .. not one!

And the possession is something you'd see in a Manchester United vs Oxford United match.

Dance practice for the past few days ...

Just as I thought I wasn't going to get a picture for today ...

I don't know what happened.

But there were lots of fire trucks and ambulances.

About 10 in total excluding the police.

And there was a fire investigation squad

One of the shops had glass broken and firemen going in and out.

And they had oxygen tanks.

And they cordoned the whole street off motor vehicles.

I'm thinking arson.

And my phone battery died.

Anyway, today was a really good day. I wasted a lot of time, but in the end of the day, I am really happy.

Today is a good day :)

Played futsal in the morning.

Scored a bit here and there.

You can tell I'm really lousy by the way I get excited when I score.

I felt just like that ... Yeah!

Anyway, i injured my toenail i think last month during a futsal game~
A month later it became loose and it didn't hurt, so i pulled it off (not a smart choice i think, i hope it doesn't result in an ingrown or sumthing later on)

I had seafood for dinner for the first time yesterday.

It's so ironic that I haven't had real seafood although Edinburgh has quite a good fishing industry.

Awesome :)

Too bad I didn't bring my camera and all I had was my phone.

This time with battered fish and a chinese-ish secret sauce :)

Guang #40 - Cheese Toastie and Haagen-Dazs

I got a free cheese toastie delivered to me and was eating Haagen-Dazs Belgian Chocolate ice-cream for dinner, but I forgot to take a picture.

So, here's a picture of where I got the free toastie from.

It was from the Christian Union's Text-a-Toastie event, which I thought was a brilliant idea for an event :)

Guang #39 - Toasted Tortillas :)

The sky in the evening was so beautiful today.

Oh, and I made dinner tonight. It was yummy :)

1. Toast flour tortilla on both sides for 3 minutes per side

2. Spread "secret sauce"

*the secret sauce really makes a difference*

3. Put pre-heated breaded scampi (or chicken nuggets or anything really)

4. Add fried bacon and jalapenos (and anything else you fancy)
5. Put lots of grated cheddar
6. Cover top with another flour tortilla spread with secret sauce
*Be generous with secret sauce!!*
7. Put in oven at 200*C for about 5 minutes

Bliss :)

Guang #38 - Snow Again!

It's that time of the year again.

Time for random snow!

And this time it's pretty horrible because it's been raining and windy and all.

I hope he snow stays for awhile.

Guang #37 - Aborigine?

Lunch at Saigon Saigon after church.

They have new menus but same spelling mistakes.

This is the only aubergene dish that has that spelling mistake.

I don't know why.

Oh and I bumped into Alan there as well. Haven't seen him in a long while so it was good to catch up :)
